Peanut butter- peanuts are not nuts, but beans. They too are high in the good fats, so munching on them is a great to keep your weight maintained and eventually reduced. Just be sure to crave for the low-sugar peanut butter, and instead of jelly, top them with apple slices on your afternoon sandwich.
