7. Finally, do workouts slowly but surely- do not stress yourself in doing workouts fast. Do them one day at a time, one session at a time. This way you can achieve a fully-toned body without undergoing pressure and anxiety, and of course maintain a good health on the course of your training.
I’m 15 years old and I dont have a tone figure.I also live in a place were thear is nothing but me(meaning I cant get a traner or any equiptment).Is there a way I can tone up with out any of those things?

Of course there is – you are still young so don’t overdue weights or training at this age.
But you can do many variations of exercises using your own body weight. Pushups , pullups and dips are terrific exercises for toning.
Side-Planks have grown in popularity and work your abdomen, back and core.
We would not recommend crunches as they stress the back and do not provide much benefit.
If you need additional weight you can use cans of food or some easy to find item around the house.
